Our student-run ensembles are all non audition and are open to students of any standard who want to continue playing music, but without as big a commitment of university-wide ensembles. Rehearsals occur one evening per week, and the time/ day will be confirmed when new conductors have been elected.

Worcester College Orchestra:
Past repertoire has included everything from Schubert and Vaughan Williams to a Disney Medley. Worchestra brings together anyone who can play an orchestral instrument and wants to make music with other Worcester students.

Worcester Voices:
This is a choir for any college member who wants to try their hand at singing. Repertoire varies but recent performances have included an ABBA medley and a medley of music from Oliver!

The Mallardies:
Started only a few years ago, our newest ensemble is a jazz ensemble, and we invite any student who plays an instrument and enjoys playing jazz to take part. Recent repertoire has included A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square and Superstition.
